Crownwork Studios paints for players and collectors who want their models finished — not started, not half-shaded, finished. Every commission runs through the same phase-based process used to develop Paint Quest, so you get consistent quality and a real timeline, not a vague promise.
Pricing
Tabletop Ready is the flagship service — built to get your army on the table, not sitting in a display case.
Standard — 3-color minimum + wash, base coating; standard infantry/troop-scale models. $35–45 per model
Complex — Larger or more detailed models — characters, monsters, vehicles, oversized bases. $50–65 per model, quoted on request
Assembly / Build — Mold-line cleanup, gluing, basic subassembly for standard kits. $3–5 per model (complex kits quoted with your painting price)
Conversion & Kitbash — Custom builds, greenstuff work, scratch elements, quoted per project
Process
Submit the intake form below with your models, reference images, and deadline.
Crownwork reviews and sends a quote and timeline.
50% deposit to enter the queue.
Progress photos at [key milestones — e.g. base coat, halfway].
Final photos for approval, balance due, then shipping or pickup.
Turnaround Typical turnaround is [2–4 weeks] depending on current queue and project size. Rush requests considered case by case.
Payment 50% deposit to secure your place in the queue, balance due before shipping. [Payment methods accepted: e.g. Venmo, PayPal, etc.]
